There are four types of eyes that you can decorate with winged eyeliner. If you have upturned eyes, then put a small amount of eyeliner on the top, slightly winging it. On the bottom use thicker eyeliner to get a great effect.

For down turned eyes, line the top lid, but with much thicker outer corners. Wing it outward. Repeat the action for the bottom outer corner.

If your eyes are almond shaped, just use the same amount of eyeliner on the top and the bottom of your eye.

For the moonlid shape, follow any of the other techniques but make the lines thicker.
